| Enjoy your summer vacation at a wonderful cottage in Indian Town in Old Saybrook. Indian Town is a wonderful place to spend hours on the beach, go for a walk or a run, or simply to relax on our deck which overlooks the scenic marsh. Indian Town has 2 beaches, one of which is great for young children with shallow water for quite a distance out. The kiddie beach also has a swing set and room to play. The second beach which is out on the point has deeper water for those who want to go for a swim. We have a scenic marina, gazebo, and 2 jettys for walking or fishing. The beach is a 5 minute walk, or you can drive and park there using the provided parking pass. |

Weekly rentals only and run from Saturday to Saturday. Signed contract with JM Realty, 40% deposit along with $150.00 refundable deposit, $100.00 cleaning fee. Remaining balance due 1 month before date of rental. |
